Sam Baxter bardwell P.a.

Sam Baxter Bardwell was born in Melbourne, Florida, raised in Indialantic, and graduated from Melbourne High School.

   He attended Florida State University in Tallahassee and was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.

   After graduating with honors, he entered the Florida State University Law School.

   His first participation in the Criminal Justice System began with internships with the Criminal Appeals Division of Florida's Attorney General's Office handling death penalty appeals and at the State Attorney's Office, Felony Division in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in Orlando.

   After graduating, with honors, from the Florida State University School of Law, he became an Assistant State Attorney in his home county of Brevard where he became a Felony Division Chief before entering private practice.  While an Assistant State Attorney, he was able to try every imaginable type of case including Capital Murder.

   He began private practice with the firm of Studstill, Vance, and Sykes and has continuously maintained offices in the same building located directly across from the Historic Courthouse in Titusville, Florida.  Though a trial lawyer, his emphasis has been heavily weighted toward defending citizens accused of crimes.
